I've never really been a fan of chat interfaces
I’ve never really been a fan of chat interfaces.
Most chats feel temporary:
- you ask something, get an answer, and then the information disappears into history.
- It’s hard to build real workflows around chats, hard to organize knowledge, and even harder to find things later.
What I found interesting about CopilotKit is a slightly different direction.
Instead of “just another chatbot,” it feels more like adding an intelligent layer directly into the product experience itself:
- helping users navigate complex systems
- guiding them through actions
- answering questions in context
- becoming a new way to interact with documentation and workflows.
